East End Health Alliance Extends Aetna Insurance Contract
Hospitals will remain in Aetna's network
East End Health Alliance hospitals — , and — and Aetna US Healthcare have reached a contract agreement that keeps the hospitals in Aetna's network.
If the hospitals fell out of Aetna's network, Aetna policyholders would find that their insurance is not accepted at the hospitals, except in the case of an emergency.
"This agreement ensures that high quality, affordable health care will continue to be available to our Aetna subscribers in Suffolk County," said Paul J. Connor III, the spokesman for the East End Health Alliance.
