PHOTO: Douglas Elliman CEO Joins in Honoring Congresswomen

Part-time Southampton resident Dottie Herman attends Washington, D.C., celebration of nation's 81 congresswomen.

The 113th Congress has an unprecedented number of female members, 81, and U.S. Rep. Carolyn Maloney, of New York, held a reception at her Washington, D.C., home Sunday to celebrate that fact.

Among the attendees was Dottie Herman, the president and CEO of Douglas Elliman and a part-time Southampton resident. Other attendees included Speaker of the New York City Council Christine Quinn and Lilly Ledbetter, the namesake of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
