See some of the areas on the South Fork most affected by Hurricane Irene — to know what to expect from Hurricane Sandy.

Soon after Hurricane Irene in 2011, aerial photographer Jeff Cully of East End Fine Art Services was up in a helicopter to document the damage that occurred on the South Fork. Many of those spots are areas of concern again, as Hurricane Sandy approaches. Take a look at some of the Hamptons most vulnerable beaches, when it comes to erosion, flooding and washover.

Good bye Dune road.. Mother nature is cleaning out all the crap that the human race has done to it......Building on the shore line not letting the inlets clean out the Bay we needed this to put our lives in prospective and if that means all the homes are gone then they are gone......
