Hi folks, I've been driving to Norwalk, CT. Take CIP to Whitestone Bridge, to Hutch North, to Merritt and get off at Main Ave (Exit 40A). 7 gas stations in a row, no limit. Its about 54 miles (or about two gallons for most cars). Outside of rush hour its a 45 min drive. Well worth it. You can bring cans too and fill those for a friend while you are there.

If anyone needs gas, the MOBIL gas station on Nassau Blvd. and Hempstead Turnpike is open. Waited about 10 minutes (I was just there at 4 p.m. this afternoon.) Only way to enter is coming North on Nassau Blvd.

I hope everyone REMEMBERS the gas stations who kept raising their prices by 20-70 cents everytime they got a delivery. Those stations need to pay for what they did to us. They took advantage of people when we are going thru the worst of times. When this is all over a list should be published of these theives who profited from the destruction while other gas stations didn't up their prices or only went up a few cents and no one should buy gas from them.
