Things to Do, Places to Eat on Valentine's Day

There are plenty of options to chose from in Southampton on Feb. 14.

Live Music and Buffet
Enjoy a $6 buffet and a free live show at . AM Radio, Anita Boyer and Michael Contino will be performing their second gig at 230 Elm and this time the theme is love. Grab the people that you love and bring them out for an evening of romance, bromance, showmance, and all the other kinds of love you can think of. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Dinner for Two
is normally closed on Tuesdays in the winter, but it will be open on Valentine's Day. Dinner is served from 6 p.m. on. Call 631-283-0704 for a reservation.

Valentine's is the perfect day to give a try. It is red|bar's new sister restaurant, and if you haven't been there yet here is you chance to see what you've been missing. Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. on. There will be specials for Valentine's Day. Call 631-283-3309 for a table.

Dinner and MusicSarah Gordon will perform on violin at in Bridgehampton, where the restaurant will serve a $55 prix fixe menu with fun dishes called the red hot lover, steaming duo, erupting volcano and other elucubrations.

Dinner for the Whole Family
No babysitter for that quiet romantic dinner? Then, bring all your ‘Valentines’ to . Kids 16 and younger eat half off. Adults receive a complimentary glass of wine. Reservations preferred. Call 516-316-1119.

Valentine's Day Supper
will host a poets' reception and Valentine's Day supper at 5 p.m. The cost is $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For reservations call 631-283-6500

Make It an Overnight Event also has a "Valentine's Day Package for 2." $175 includes overnight accommodations for two, as well as admission to the poetry reading at the Rogers Mansion and the supper at the Inn.
