Report: Nest Seekers Acquires Perspective Properties

Nest Seekers International, a real estate agency based in New York City, is continuing to make inroads into the Hamptons with the acquisition of Perspective Properties, The Real Deal reports.

' 688 Montauk Highway office will be rebranded as Nest Seekers Water Mill and Nest Seekers will absorb 11 agents and 20 exclusive properties, according to the report.

Nest Seekers announced in early May that it acquired Engel & Volkers's offices and agents in both Southampton and East Hampton. Amadeus Ehrhardt, the then-manager of the former Engel & Volkers Southampton office, was named the managing director of the new Nest Seekers office in Southampton. A month later, Ehrhardt left to join ' Sag Harbor office.
