Pink Ribbon Bagels for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The Panera Bread in Bridgehampton will donate a portion of the proceeds to breast cancer charities on Long Island.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Panera Bread is doing its part.

Bakers craft Pink Ribbon bagels with dried cranberries, cherry chips, and brown sugar, which are sold at Panera Bread locations, including the one in the Bridgehampton Commons. Throughout October, patrons can purchase these bagels, and know that a portion of the proceeds will benefit three breast cancer charities on Long Island.

Lisa Tamburini, a friend to Southampton Patch, stopped in and got a photo of the bagels, being held up by managers Sabrina Pagan and Judi Donnelly.
