Multimillion Dollar Listing: 'Lighthouse on the Bay' Offers Panoramic Bay Views

Barnes Coy-designed home that resembles a lighthouse is listed at $6.7 million.

The Lighthouse on the Bay, designed by Barnes Coy, has panoramic views of Noyac Bay and its own beachfront for swimming and boating, adjacent to a protested 65-acre of lands protected by the Peconic Land Trust.

There are three mastersuites, including one with an ensuite granite bathroom and jacuzzi overlooking the bay, according to the listing from Brown Harris Stevens. The highest mastersuite is in the lighthouse tower, with a spiral staircase leading to to the observatory.

The home also includes two guest rooms and a media room, and the main floor is surrounded by a wrap-around deck. The kitchen is granite, and the loving room has two open staircases with dramatic views, the listing states.

The 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 4,000-square-foot home sits on 1.7 acres. The asking price is $6.7 million.
