The Art of the Brew

Craft beer tasting will be celebrated in the museum's concert hall. Eight craft breweries and two beer distributors will serve beer. Participating breweries are Blue Point Brewing Company, Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, Great South Bay Brewery, Greenport Harbor Brewing Company, Ithaca Beer Company, Kelso of Brooklyn Beer Company, Lake Placid Brewery, Saranac Beer, and the Southampton Publick House. Distributors are Clare Rose and Manhattan Beer Distributors.

There will also be hors d'oeuvres from The , cheese from Mecox Bay Dairy and a chocolate and beer pairings from Exotic Chocolate Tasting.

There will also be a silent auction, including two tickets to the 2012 Great American Beer Festival in Denver.

It is hosted by the Parrish Art Museum Business Council, a network of local and regional business leaders. Anyone who joins the Business Council get four free tickets to the event.
