Holiday Cooking Class
Muse restaurant executive chef Matthew Guiffrida will lead a holiday cooking class in conjunction with Southampton Wines & Spirits and the soon-to-be opened Avanti Market. Gingerbread Tinis, homemade mozzarella with proscuitto and antipasto salad, and seven fishes seafood cakes are on the cooking class menu. Volteo (verdejo, viogner, Sauvignon Blanc blend), Beaujolais Nouveau, and Wily Jack Zinfandel will be the featured wines. Pre-registration is required.
