Bites Nearby: Restaurant Week Still on at Muse

Muse Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge offering three-course prix fixe every night.

at the Water Mill Commons is a great place to enjoy a beer or glass of wine  — so pull a stool up to the aquarium and have a drink.

When your table is ready, sit down for a fabulous meal. Start with the B.L.T. wedge salad and follow it with the "uptown" chicken pot pie, with herbed chicken confit and fresh seasonal vegetables. Maybe the apple smoked pulled pork zeppole is more to your liking. It's Italian doughnuts stuffed with slow smoked pulled pork, with apple onion stir-fry on Sherry creamed corn and maple spiked mustard.

For the winter, Muse presents "Economy Gastronomy," a three-course build-your-own prix fixe for $24.95. There are plenty of options to choose from; however some menu items will tack more onto the bill.
