10 Ways to Relieve Stress During the Holidays

Take some time out of your holiday schedule to focus on yourself.

The holidays can be a stressful time of year so make sure you put aside some “me time” to get rid of that holiday stress.

1. Focus your energy on yourself for one day. Get a facial and any other form of pampering from in Southampton.
