The National Hockey League Championship trophy, the Stanley Cup, was on display at the New York State Capitol on Jan. 24. The Jacobs family of Buffalo, N.Y., is the owner of the Boston Bruins, the current holders of the Cup. I appreciated this unique opportunity but must stay true to the New York Islanders and hope they will soon bring the Cup back to Long Island!
