We set the stage for this program with an intimate and playful work of Mozart, and then get bewitched by Dutch composer Gerard Beljon’s Something Wicked – a wild ride enlivened by electronic elements. Austrian Hugo Wolf follows with his unique perspective on a journey in the Italian countryside, and the sublime Schubert B-flat Trio - one of the greatest works in the literature – provides a fitting end to a wonderful evening.
