2011 Miss Shinnecock Teen Pageant

Join the Shinnecock Indian Nation as six of its young ladies showcase their own special native talents, compete in Native dance, history, language, and present Eastern Woodland dances, to demonstrate how they can best represent as the 2011 Miss Shinnecock Junior Teen! Also this year Shinnecock girls ages 1 to 5 years old will model Native American regalia and formal wear in a special, new Tiny Tot showcase! Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children 5 and younger. Proceeds benefit the Shinnecock Indian Education program and traveling expenses for the Miss Shinnecock winner to attend powwows and conferences.
