Southampton Village Aglow with Holiday Lights

Every December small, real Christmas trees in colored lights are placed up and down Main Street and Jobs Lane in Southampton Village, and the towering tree at  is lit up as well. But this year, for the first time, the trees that grow along Jobs Lane and Main Street were also lit up. They are wrapped up and down their branches in white LEDs, adding to the brightness and cheer of Southampton Village during the holidays.

And on Friday, before the Agawam tree lighting, local fire departments paraded their modern and antique trucks, which were covered in lights; one was done up to look like a train — The Polar Express to be specific.
