See the Media Mavens Live Friday at New Hampton Coffee
WPPB 88.3 FM's Friday chat with local journalists will broadcast from the new cafe in Southampton.
The Media Mavens are hitting the road on Friday.
The weekly WPPB 88.3 FM segment — part of host Bonnie Grice's "The Eclectic Cafe" — will broadcast live from the Hampton Coffee Experience Store in Southampton between 9:06 and 10 a.m.
The cafe, which is Hampton Coffee Company's third in the Hamptons, opened Saturday on County Road 39A.
The Media Mavens joining Grice on Friday will be Dawn Watson of The Southampton Press and The East Hampton Press, Annette Hinkle of The Sag Harbor Express and Brendan J. O'Reilly of Southampton Patch.
To have a question answered on air Friday, tweet using the hashtag #askamaven either prior to or during the broadcast. Questions may also be posted to the WPPB Facebook page.
The first five listeners who come to Friday's broadcast will recieve free Media Mavens T-shirts designed by local artist Adam Baranello and neon pink Mavens sunglasses.
Those who can't make it to Hampton Coffee Experience Store can still tune in to 88.3 FM or listen live at peconicpublicbroadcasting.org. The show will rebroadcast Saturday at 8:06 a.m.
