Scores Take Plunge at Coopers Beach for Charity

The Seventh Annual Polar Bear Plunge to benefit Human Resources of the Hamptons was held Saturday morning.

Some in bathing suits, others in elaborate costumes, ran into the ocean at Saturday morning for the Seventh Annual Polar Bear Plunge to benefit , a Southampton charity that provides food, clothing and holiday presents to the less fortunate. Human Resources also provides medical transportation and volunteer handymen for seniors, among other services.
