Georgica Restaurant & Lounge in Wainscott opened for the season Saturday with a party featuring a performance by Estee Maria Band and sponsored by East Hampton Patch, Southampton Patch,  Blue 1 Boutique in Westhampton Beach, Hampton Organic Beauty Bus, Sean MFK Bruns & Hampton Events and Hamptons Mouthpiece.
