May 6: Highway Dedicated for Schwenk, Merrall Hildreth Exhibition Opens

1. Join for a dedication ceremony to honor Edwin M. ‘Buzz’ Schwenk, for whom County Road 39 has been named. The ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. on the corner of County Road 39 and David White's Lane

2. An opening reception for the  will be held at the Bridgehampton Historical Society Archives, 2539A Montauk Hwy, between 5 and 7 p.m. 

3. William Wise, the director of the Living Marine Institute at the School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, will give a talk on at 7:30 p.m. The lecture will be held in the Duke Lecture Hall at and will be followed by a reception.
