June 2: Village Candidates Debate; Benefit for Hamptons Baseball

Take a walking tour in Southampton Village Thursday morning, then in the evening learn about local candidates at a village debate or support collegiate baseball at a cocktail benefit.

2. Attend the at from 6 to 9 p.m. Support your local Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League team while enjoying delicious hors d'œuvres, cocktails and beverages. A DJ will provide music. Admission is $50. Call 631-283-0604 extension 121.

3. The and will present a with , a Southampton Patch , and , the director of adult programs for the library, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Starting from the parking lot, attendees will enjoy an hour-long stroll and learn some fascinating facts about some venerable village businesses and end up at the historical museum for refreshments. 5. The Rogers Memorial Library and will host Juan Gargiulo M.D., who will at 1 p.m. at Rogers. Dr. Gargiulo, the medical director of the East End Pain Center, will discuss the causes and possible prevention of acute, chronic and cancer pain, as well as the various treatment options available.
