Jan. 28: Shakespeare, Brazilian Jazz, 'Other People's Money'

"Brush up on Your Shakespeare" at Hampton Library.

There is a slight chance of snow showers after 3 p.m. today, and the National Weather Service warns motorists to watch out for black ice on untreated roads, since the temperature is expected to be near or below freezing all day.
