Jan. 16: Musical, Plays, Landscape Architecture and More

"50 Million Frenchmen," "Romeo and Juliet," and "Art" are all today.

There are two stages performances you can catch today, and a film of one:

1. This afternoon is your last chance to see at . The musical begins at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 general admission and $12 for students under 21 with ID. Read 's to learn why you can't miss this musical.

2. The will screen a film of a stage performance of Shakespeare's "." The event is $12 for Parrish members and $15 for non-members.

3. As part of the winter lecture series, the Peconic Land Trust and Madoo Conservancy in Sagaponack will host a presentation focused on garden "Objets d'arte." Richard Gibney, a landscape architect and principal at Gibney Design Landscape Architecture, will present "." He will discuss the use of objects in the garden "to stimulate the senses and to provide a unique experience to arboretum visitors of all physical and mental abilities," according to the land trust. Lectures are free to members of Bridge Garden or Madoo Conservancy, but non-members will be charged $15. Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited and reservations are recommended.
