Inaugural Paul Koster Memorial Pig Roast Is Saturday

Proceeds go to scholarships for local students.

The Paul Koster Memorial Scholarship Fund has a longstanding tradition of throwing an annual casino night to raise money to help local high school seniors pay for college and to benefit local nonprofits.

This weekend, a new tradition begins, with the inaugural Paul Koster Memorial Pig Roast on Saturday at Seasons of Southampton on Prospect Street in Southampton Village.

The late Koster was the proprietor of the Clamman Seafood Market, and his survivors now still run Clamman, as well as operating the Seasons of Southampton catering venue.
