The seventh annual Great Chefs Dinner was held at the in Bridgehampton to benefit Jeff's Kitchen and the Jeff Salaway Scholarship Fund. The Chefs Dinner is the primary fundraiser and annual tribute to the late Jeff Salaway, a widely respected and beloved restaurateur and one of the school’s co-founders. Among some of the participating chefs were Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin), Josh Capon (Lure Fish Bar), James Carpenter (The Living Room), Bryan Futerman (), Doug Gulija (), Christian Mir (Stone Creek Inn), Joseph Realmuto and Ed Lightcap (Rowdy Hall), and Jason Weiner ().
