Drop your children off for an evening of yoga style fun! This special evening is designed for kids of all ages, to discover and explore yoga. Yogis will experience Lava Lamp “Meditation”, complete a yoga obstacle course, practice poses with a yoga balance ball & play favorite creative yoga movement games.
Tonight each yogi will receive a professional quality foam Yoga Brick to decorate with permanent marker and use as a yoga prop!
Finally, we will wind down with thematic literature, sleepy yoga mist, soothing meditation balm, a yoga rest & relaxation ready to fall into bedtime☺ Kids can come in their favorite pj’s(nightgowns not recommended).
