Dec. 13: Tuckahoe Referendum Session and Police Reports Day

Find out about the $95,000 Tuckahoe School District referendum, read the local police reports, and more today.

There are several important meetings today and things to read at Southampton Patch, and there will be opportunities this afternoon and evening to pay last respects to a local fallen police officer.

1. There will be an information session tonight on the District on spending $95,000 to renovate a house next to the school grounds that the district bought last year. The school board wants to rent the house to the superintendent once it is restored. Check out to learn more and find out the reaction of the Tuckahoe Citizens Advisory Committee to the referendum. 5. Viewings will be held Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brockett's Funeral Home for , a Southampton Town Police officer from Noyac who died Friday. If you can't make it today, there is a second chance on Tuesday, same hours.
