A horse-drawn covered wagon with two men in cowboy hats was spotted around Bridgehampton on Monday, creating a small spectacle.
It was seen riding down the shoulder of Montauk Highway into the hamlet's center, and in the left turning lane on Ocean Road. A sign on the side reads, "Mr. Cowboy's American Wagons."
It was unclear whether it was part of an event or promotion in town, or just someone's preferred mode of transportation.
Water Mill resident Austin Handler took two photos of the wagon around Bridgehampton, hours apart, but he was not sure of where it had spent the day.
