Celebs and Culinary Connoisseurs Turn Out for Chefs & Champagne

Andrew Zimmern honored at annual James Beard Foundation fundraiser.

It was a foodie's haven on Saturday at the Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack where the James Beard Foundation held its annual Chefs & Champagne fundraiser

This year, the foundation honored award-winning TV personality, chef, food writer and teacher Andrew Zimmern, who also hosts the Travel Channel's "Bizarre Foods." Meanwhile, 35 renowned chefs, many from James Beard Foundation Award-winning restaurants served up tasty delights. Among the Chefs were Food Networks Iron Chef’s Masaharu Morimoto and Alex Guarnaschelli.

Funds raised help support the foundation's culinary student scholarships and the organization's annual food conference on sustainability, public health, and nutrition.
