This week, the is looking to find a home for Jasmine, a spunky, 1-year-old Shepherd/Pitbull mix.
Donald Bambrick, the animal shelter supervisor, said Jasmine has a beautiful brindle and white coat and is very playful with other dogs and good with older children
"Jasmine is a little shy at first but warms up quickly with a tail wag," Bambrick said.
If Jasmine is not the type of pet you are looking for, there are plenty of other animals that need love and care.
All animals are licensed, up to date on their vaccinations, micro-chipped and have been spayed or neutered, according to Bambrick.
Adoption fees range from $40 to $60 for a cat and $60 to $125 for a dog.
