1. 'Cops Who Care' Food Giveaway

New York State Police announced that they, along with Suffolk County Police were giving away free food on Friday. Yaphank. Free turkeys and hams were distributed to families in need. 

2. Don't Let Dario and Delilah Spend Another Christmas In a Cage

Sharon Ippolito said she is looking to help find a home for Delihah and Dario, rescued littermates. If you would like to open your hearts and homes to either or both of these sweet young cats, please call Ippolito at 631 987 8152.

3. Parent Leadership Initiative Training

Camille S. Koorey posted that the Town of Southampton's Parent Leadership Initative training will kick-off on Jan. 26 at the Hampton Bays Senior Center, 25 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays, NY, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For more information, call PLI Director Denise Quintyne at 631-462-0303 ext 160.

4. Take a Tour with Hampton Jitney! Makes a Great Holiday Gift Too

The  posted a listing of upcoming tours including ones to see Phantom of the Opera and Chaplin.

5. Southampton Family Featured in Fresh Air Fund 2013 Calendar

TheFreshAirFund posted that Southampton residents, the Palumbo family, are featured in The Fresh Air Fund’s 2013 calendar. Pictures were selected from the hundreds of photos of volunteer host families across 13 states.
