Georgica Returns for a Sixth Season in the Hamptons with a New Chef, New Menu and Memorial Day Charity Dinner with DKNY & Hannah Bronfman

East Hampton's Georgica will kick off their sixth consecutive summer this Memorial Day Weekend by introducing new Executive Chef Greg Grossman, along with Chef Matthew Fisher Redington and an entirely new menu inspired by local seafood offerings. 

Georgica will dive into Summer 2014 with their official menu unveiling on Friday, May 23rd. Executive Chef Greg Grossman, and his Culinaria Group, will unveil their Eclectic-American menu with a global influence, comprised of locally sourced seafood, an indulgent raw bar and innovative sushi prepared by Chef Kazuo Yoshida of MYUMI.

After dinner, the lights dim and Georgica turns into one of the hottest lounges out east. Some of the most in-demand DJs have taken over Georgica's turntables, providing guests a chance to shake their summer tans and toast to the season. The Summer hot spot will kick off their new nightlife direction on Saturday, May 24th with a pop-up of LDV Hospitality's No. 8 brand with music by DJ Sinatra. 

On Sunday, May 25th, Georgica, along with DKNY and Hannah Bronfman, will be hosting a fundraising event for Super Saturday's Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Tickets to the three-course dinner and cocktails are available via GiltCity for $95 per head. The night will feature a guest DJ set by Hannah Bronfman, a live performance by 22-year-old singer-songwriter Lily Lane whose songs are heard on ABC Pretty Little Liars. Along with DKNY gift bags and raffle including tickets to Super Saturday.

This will take the place of Jessica White's annual Angel Wings Foundation event, which has been moved to the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend.

Returning for Summer 2014 will be the popular Georgica Monday Service Industry Night that has been a favorite for both locals and leftover weekenders since it opened in 2009.

Owned and operated by industry veterans Antonio Fuccio, David Schulman, and Sean Kehlenbeck,Georgica has redefined Hamptons dining and nightlife to create a one-stop shop that has remained a staple amidst the annual changeups in the Hamptons social scene. While many other restaurants and lounges have come and gone over the years, Georgica has consistently remained the go-to for celebrities, socialites, and locals alike. They've achieved longevity by refreshing the brand and staying ahead of trends each season.

Guests who have dined on Georgica's delicious cuisine over the past seasons include Chace Crawford, Kellan Lutz, Rachel Zoe, Jake Gyllenhaal, Kelly Bensimon, Russell Simmons, Jessica Hart, Irina Shayk, Lisalla Montenegro, Bradley Cooper, Kourtney Kardashian, Christie Brinkley and Jon Bon Jovi.

Georgica has also played host to events for Jessica White's Angel Wings Foundation, The First Annual Voss Foundation Benefit with Supermodel Ariel Meredith, The Daily Front Row, BELLA NYC and many more throughout Summer 2013, and look forward to even more such events in 2014.

In a fiercely competitive scene, Georgica has successfully created an environment that seamlessly transitions from a fine dining restaurant into a high-energy lounge. Summer 2014 is already anticipated to produce another amazing season for Georgica, filled with special events, high profile fundraisers, and nightly visits from the East End's most fabulous patrons.
