Andrew Porrata, 21, of Southampton was arrested Wednesday at 10:22 a.m. for his involvement, police said, and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, riot in the second degree, inciting to riot, all misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation.
Petty Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

Gilberto Martir, 51, of Rocky Point was arrested Wednesday at 12:33 p.m. and charged with two counts of petty larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, both misdemeanors, after he stole three pairs of sunglasses from and a necklace from , according to police. He was also found to be in possession of Xanax without a prescription, police said.
