Village Police Log: Assault Charge for Water Mill Man

The following information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

 

Southampton Village Police Department arrest reports for Jan. 17 through Jan. 23:

Assault

• Bolivar H. Martinez-Vicuna, 41, of Water Mill, was arrested Jan. 18 at 2:51 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released after posting $250 bail. Police said the victim was transported to Southampton Hospital where he was treated and released.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

• Earl W. Seymore, 51, of Aquebogue, was arrested Jan. 20 at 3:44 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, both misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released after posting $250 bail.
